Refund policy

We have a no worries approach to returns for all new items.  If you're not happy with your new item purchase you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.  There is no refund on shipping costs and a small handling fee* will apply.   Please email us if you wish to request a return. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  It must be packaged in such a way that damage does not occur during transit.  

  • New items must be in the original factory packaging and in an 'as new' condition.  If they couldn't be sold as new then your refund may not be processed or only a partial refund may be possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on preowned/collectable items.

* A handling fee of 3% (6% if your original transaction was through Afterpay)  is required to cover the merchant transaction fees which are not refunded to us. 

Returns due to faulty or damaged items

We carefully check our products before dispatch to ensure they are not damaged.  Sometimes there can be a fault inside the packaging or damage may occur during shipping. If this occurs please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery being received.

For all other returns due to products not being as described or otherwise faulty, please review our Terms and Conditions for the Refunds process that applies in such cases.


To start a return please use the form to Contact Us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on

  • sale items or gift cards. 
  • preowned/collectable items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you within 2 days of receiving and inspecting your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
