Rental Policy

When you purchase a rental you'll receive access to rent products from the THINKercise library.  All rentals are inclusive of return shipping.

Rental Terms

With the delivery of a rental product you will receive
- the product as described;
- packaging that is also to be used to return the product at the end of the rental period;
- a pre-paid return label to be stuck over your address label.

You will be responsible for the condition of each rental product from the time the delivery is confirmed until it is returned.

You may not keep, sell, or transfer (other than to us) any items received as part of a rental.

You agree to treat the product with great care.  If a product is returned damaged or with one or more missing pieces you agree to be charged an amount of $20 per product. Damage includes but is not limited to missing pieces, liquid damage, smoke damage, broken or chewed pieces. Normal wear and tear for example minor bending or roughing of the edges is acceptable.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or prohibit any rentals or sales of products for any reason

We are not responsible for any personal or other items left in the products which are returned to THINKercise. If you believe you have accidentally or otherwise sent any such items to us, please contact customer service as soon as possible at thinkercise@gmail.com.

We will not be responsible for shipping costs incurred by not using the return packaging and/or label provided. 

THINKercise does not ship rental products outside of Australia, and you may not return products to us from outside Australia. 

In the event that you lose or damage the return packaging that we provide, you will be responsible for returning the product to us in your own packaging, at your own expense. Furthermore, you acknowledge that using any packaging or shipping carriers other than our return packaging and the carrier specified thereon may result in delivery delays and additional delivery fees for which THINKercise will not be liable. You will be solely liable for all such delays and additional delivery fees.
